Had a good week.
Lots of work to be done, for sure, as my two “bosses” are going on a trip to Nepal in a few weeks and I have been asked to take over some tasks for them, but I was on track this week and so got lots of energy out of it all.

A good week, too.
High point of the week must have been my mum visiting last weekend. If I look back a year then I can say honestly that if that is the only good thing that came out of all of it, it’s enough.

Having a realistic view of your own limits is a great help.
